1. This is a horn for boat. It has ABS housing and an electrical part inside. Since it is used on a boat, seal is very important. We use 3M adhesive to attach each part together and add full potting to cover the electrical part.
2. This product is designed by our customer and built by us. To build this product needs to make tooling for plastic part. For years, we have developed good relationship with tooling suppliers. The suppliers we choose can make mold and inject the products. For the sake of saving cost, our suppliers don't charge extra fee for modifying the tooling or repairing. We only charge one time cost and it is very reasonable cost. After years of being in business, we know relaible suppliers are the key to quality, on time delivery and insure success of business.
3. This product is to present what we can do, not for sale. We don't sell our customers' products to other customers.
